What is GalleryAtOnce? GalleryAtOnce is your personal, custom webspace for displaying your photographs, products, or art. GalleryAtOnce can be either for personal or business use. It is equally valuable for displaying personal photographs as it is for displaying product inventories. You are able to easily categorize your images and present them in whatever way you wish. GalleryAtOnce gives you your own, unique domain name for use, so your page is not merely part of a larger site - it is YOUR site. It can easily stand alone as a site, or it can be linked as a page to your existing site. Is GalleryAtOnce expensive? Absolutely not. The fee for GalleryAtOnce is a one-time setup fee of $79 and then after that it is just $20 per month. Since GalleryAtOnce creates my own site, how do you personalize it when I order? Once your order comes through (almost immediately) we will send you an email to confirm and to ask you the relevant questions about setting up your gallery, which we will then create within 24 hours. Once it is done we will send you an email with your site address and log in information so that you may begin populating it with pictures and customizing it further yourself from there. How is GalleryAtOnce different from other online photo albums? It differs from online photo albums in that it is not an online photo sharing resource. People cannot enter our site and search for your photos and/or images. Because you receive your own personal web page, you must give them the web address. If you wish, we can make your site available through the search engines, that choice is up to you. IMPORTANT: How is GalleryAtOnce different from "FREE" online photo album resources? GalleryAtOnce is different in several major ways. 1) Many so-called "free" services are actually only free for the base package. Additional features cost you extra for each thing. GalleryAtOnce is $20 monthly for everyone. The price does not change regardless of what features you choose to use, or what improvements we make to the system and thereby make available to you. 2) Often the other sites will show advertising on your pages. This is one of the hidden ways that they make their money. We do not offer advertising of any sort. You pay for your own personal site page, and therefore it is yours alone. 3) In addition, often times with a "free" site your name will be added to a marketing list. We do not share your information with any third parties whatsoever. 4) Beware unwanted content - with "free" sites, because your space is one space among many - it is easy, often through one click of a button, for your viewer to skip over to someone else's page or info quite easily, which may be unwanted content. 5) Lastly, usually with a "free" company your page is just another page amidst thousands of others that are on one large site, and if your page goes unviewed for too long, they may take it down. With GalleryAtOnce your site stands alone with its own domain name for as long as you require. Who is GalleryAtOnce for? It is for anyone who wishes to display their photos, products or art and keep it organized and updated as they see fit. GalleryAtOnce is useful for both personal individual use as well as corporate or business use. Can GalleryAtOnce link to an existing site? Absolutely. Your personal GalleryAtOnce site can link back to another site, can be linked to from an existing site, or it can stand alone. The choice is yours! In addition, we can make your GalleryAtOnce site match your other site, so that it uses the same logo, color scheme and even buttons in its header banner. Is GalleryAtOnce easy to use? GalleryAtOnce is designed specifically for those who know nothing about web design. All you need to know how to do is open your web browser and click a mouse. Plus, if you run into questions you can email or call us any time, and everything is also explained in your GalleryAtOnce control panel. What exactly can GalleryAtOnce do? • Makes your images available to the audience of your choice in an organized way, controlled by you • When adding images, you can orgainze them into albums, catalogs, and subcategorize them • Rearrange, reorder and move things around.
